The Loan Process:

1.- Get you pre qualified: Once we collect your financial information we will set up a time for you to meet with one of our mortgage consultants to explain and review your new rate and terms and to answer any questions you may have.

2.- Loan Application: Once you have authorized us to start to work for you we will proceed to verify all your information and move your file to an approval level.

3.- Locking the Rate: At this point we will obtain your authorization to lock the rate, to order the appraisal and your file will move to the Underwriter’s desk.

4.- Clearing conditions: Once your file has been underwritten, our processors will complete all required conditions and will move your file to a clear to close level.

5.- Ready to close: Your Mortgage Consultant will contact you to review one more time all the figures you will see in your settlement statement at the time of closing and will answer any final questions you may have.

6.- 3 Day Rescission Period: Your loan rescission period is a feature of mortgage refinancing that applies only to primary residences, some times called a “cooling period” is a mandatory 3 day allowable time before your loan funds to give you a chance to reconsider your loan.

7.- Funding Day: Your previous lender will receive their payoff as well as any creditor you have authorized, if you are receiving cash out your funds will be mailed or wired to you as per your instructions.
